These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Bellanet Shop and any purchase made at www.bellanetstore.com. By browsing, placing an order or completing a purchase, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

1. About Bellanet Shop

Bellanet Shop is an online store selling beauty, hair, personal care, accessory and other selected products. Every product offered as original is sold as an authentic product, with the authorisation, consent or legitimate commercial relationship of the corresponding supplier.

Third-party brands, trade names, brand imagery and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to identify the products available.

Some products are shown as recommendations and are purchased from a third-party store (for example, Amazon). In those cases Bellanet Shop acts as an affiliate: the purchase, payment, shipping and returns are governed by that third party's conditions, not by ours.

2. Availability, pricing and taxes

Prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping costs and any applicable charges are calculated at checkout where relevant. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, availability or descriptions before accepting or processing an order.

Availability may change without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restock, or cancel the order with a corresponding refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Receiving an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been definitively accepted. We may review orders for availability, security, fraud prevention, incomplete addresses or inconsistent information. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order and issue the corresponding refund.

4. Secure payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Bellanet Shop does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or complete banking details. Stripe may process payment, billing and fraud-prevention information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

5. Shipping, delivery and returns

Shipping times and return conditions are described on our Shipping & Returns page. The customer must provide a correct address and be available to receive the package. Returns must meet the eligibility conditions stated, particularly for beauty and personal care products, for hygiene reasons.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for fraudulent, illegal, abusive or automated activity, or for anything that could affect the security, availability or integrity of Bellanet Shop. You also agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information when making a purchase or requesting support.

7. Product information

We aim to display descriptions, prices, photos and availability accurately. However, images may vary due to lighting, screen calibration, manufacturer packaging or presentation updates. Product information is not a substitute for medical, dermatological or professional advice. If you have allergies or sensitivities, review the manufacturer's ingredients before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bellanet Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site, carrier delays, incorrect use of products or information provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the consumer may have.
