Payment Methods

We process payments through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and any other method Stripe may enable at checkout.

Bellanet Shop does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or complete banking details. Sensitive payment information is entered and processed within Stripe's secure infrastructure.

All transactions are subject to fraud review and authorisation by your card issuer. If a payment is declined, check that your billing details are correct or contact your bank.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once issued, how long the credit takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. You can read the full conditions in Shipping & Returns.
